About the role
Gathern is hiring a Host Relations Associate (fresh graduates) in Riyadh. The specialist builds strong relationships with hosts, supports them through onboarding and acts as a mediator in resolving issues between hosts and guests so that every stay is smooth and enjoyable.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hosts, acting as their main point of contact
- Onboard new hosts and support them in setting up their listings and managing their profiles
- Respond to host inquiries and provide guidance and resources
- Mediate and resolve conflicts or issues between hosts and guests
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in host relations
Required profile
- Bachelor's or diploma degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
