Concierge

About the role

Sheraton is hiring a Concierge in Madinah. The role responds to guest requests for special arrangements and services such as transportation, reservations and dry cleaning, and provides guests with information about the property and its surroundings.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange special requests and identify suitable providers, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
• Gather and share information about the property and local amenities, including special events and activities
• Answer, record and process guest calls, messages, requests and concerns, contacting the right departments to resolve them
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety and guest well-being
• Review shift logs and daily memo books and document information in logbooks
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications
• Welcome guests, assist people with disabilities and comply with quality assurance standards

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods and to lift objects of up to 10 pounds
