About the role

The Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join its Food & Beverage team. You will be the first point of contact for guests in the hotel’s restaurants, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, managing reservations and waitlists.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for the outlet.
• Assist service staff during peak periods to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality service that reflects the hotel’s standards.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
