About the role

The Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join its Food & Beverage team. You will be the first point of contact for guests in the hotel’s restaurants, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, managing reservations and waitlists.
Maintain accurate inventory records for the outlet.
Assist service staff during peak periods to ensure efficient operations.
Provide consistent, high‑quality service that reflects the hotel’s standards.

Required profile

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality environment.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
