Housekeeping Coordinator

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, located in the Kingdom Tower in the heart of the capital, is hiring a Housekeeping Coordinator. The role is essential to the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department and acts as a key link between housekeeping team members, other hotel departments and guests, ensuring requests and operational needs are handled promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and communicate room status updates.
• Follow up on guest requests and assist with departmental reports and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor pending requests and coordinate lost and found procedures.
• Ensure information is passed to the right team members and support timely resolution of operational issues.

Required profile

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Attention to detail, organization and strong communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple requests, prioritize tasks and work collaboratively across departments.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in housekeeping operations or hotel administration is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel operating systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and manage departmental documentation.
