Housekeeping Manager - Four Seasons Red Sea Resort

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager for its upcoming Red Sea resort, which will be located on Shura Island off the coast of Saudi Arabia. The role leads housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas and laundry, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas and laundry
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
• Inspect rooms and public areas regularly
• Train, coach and develop the housekeeping team
• Manage schedules, staffing levels and departmental budgets
• Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office
• Monitor inventory, control costs and manage supplies
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager
• Resort experience highly preferred
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
