Housing Manager – Staff Accommodation

About the role

Manage the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities, ensuring a safe, clean and well‑maintained environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee resident admissions, allocations, move‑ins, move‑outs and maintain accurate occupancy records.
• Ensure housing units, common areas and facilities are clean, safe and properly maintained.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety and compliance issues.
• Develop and enforce housing policies, procedures and community standards.
• Address resident inquiries, complaints and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Monitor occupancy levels and prepare regular operational reports.
• Manage housing budgets, monitor expenses and control operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire and environmental regulations.
• Supervise housing staff, including housekeeping, maintenance and administrative personnel.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures for housing‑related incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of residents, inventories, inspections, maintenance and contracts.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Recommend improvements to housing services and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in housing, property, facilities or accommodation management.
• Experience supervising teams and managing residential or employee accommodation facilities (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
