Housing Supervisor – Staff Accommodation

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a Housing Supervisor to manage the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities in Makkah. The role ensures safe, clean, and well‑maintained housing units while supporting resident satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of staff accommodation, including resident admissions, allocations, move‑ins, move‑outs, and occupancy records.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of housing units, common areas, and facilities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues.
• Develop and enforce housing policies, procedures, and community standards.
• Address resident inquiries, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Monitor occupancy levels, prepare operational reports, and manage housing budgets and expenses.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in housing, property, facilities, or accommodation management.
• Experience supervising teams and managing residential or employee accommodation facilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience is an asset.
