About the role
The client is a leading global manufacturing multinational based in Riyadh and is seeking a Saudi national to lead its Human Resources and Administration functions. This senior position will shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement and ensure smooth administrative operations across the Saudi operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, succession planning and HR budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law and internal policies.
- Design and deliver employee engagement, training and capability‑building programs.
- Manage compensation & benefits, payroll processing and HR reporting.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and workplace culture.
- Supervise office administration, facilities management and employee services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field from a recognised Western institution.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR and administration experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably building‑materials.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR compliance standards.
- Proven strategic HR leadership and policy‑development track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Saudi nationality is highly preferred.
