HR Advisory Manager – Human Resources Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisory Manager to join a leading global professional services firm in Riyadh. The role is client‑facing and focuses on designing and delivering strategic HR solutions for large, complex organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and advise clients on HR strategy, workforce transformation and organisation design.
• Assess existing HR functions, governance and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design future‑state HR operating models aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver advisory engagements covering talent strategy, workforce planning, employee experience, performance management and capability development.
• Conduct organisational diagnostics, HR assessments and maturity evaluations.
• Support HR technology and process transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate executive workshops and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive change‑management, stakeholder alignment and adoption across transformation programmes.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior consultants and ensure high‑quality client delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR advisory, human capital consulting, organisation design or workforce transformation within a consulting environment.
• Background in a Big 4 firm or leading strategy/management consultancy is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in HR operating model design, organisational effectiveness and talent transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic client engagements and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication, executive presentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Exposure to Middle‑East projects or multinational client environments is a plus.
