About the role
The HR Assistant Trainee will support the Human Resources team at Nestlé Waters KSA’s Almanhal Water Factory, handling day‑to‑day HR operations, employee relations, and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with employee relations matters and respond to daily employee requests.
- Follow up on employee cases, concerns, and required actions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support the disciplinary process by preparing warning letters, investigation documents, and related records.
- Document violations, attendance issues, and misconduct cases accurately.
- Maintain and update employee files, HR records, and official documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, forms, acknowledgments, and other employee‑related documents.
- Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding paperwork as needed.
- Coordinate with employees and line managers to collect required documents and approvals.
- Track pending HR actions and ensure follow‑up.
- Uphold confidentiality of all employee information and HR cases.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fresh graduate ready to start a professional career.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
