HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support MBRF’s growth by aligning people strategies with business objectives, ensuring the right talent is attracted, developed, and retained.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps in partnership with business leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and onboarding processes.
• Align HR practices with departmental goals and support workforce planning.
• Implement programs to attract, develop, and retain talent, including recognition and incentive initiatives.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievance, disciplinary, and capability cases while maintaining accurate HR records.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with internal regulations.
• Communicate HR policies and updates to managers and employees.
• Participate in departmental meetings, provide HR guidance, and support internal events and engagement activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in HR functions.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HRIS (ERP‑based systems).
• Knowledge of SAP (advantage).
