HR Business Partner – Jeddah Factory

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as an HR Business Partner supporting the Jeddah factory. You will work closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with operational goals and drive a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps in partnership with business leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruitment strategies, ensure timely hiring and onboarding.
• Align HR practices with business objectives and support workforce planning.
• Implement programs to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Support recognition, incentive initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievance, disciplinary, and capability cases.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal regulations.
• Prepare and analyse HR reports, track key KPIs, and communicate policy updates.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in core HR functions.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, employee relations, performance management and employment regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
