HR Business Partner – Jeddah Factory

About the role

Join MBR Financial’s Jeddah factory as an HR Business Partner, supporting a large workforce in one of the world’s leading food companies. You will work closely with business leaders to align talent strategy with operational goals and drive employee engagement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps in partnership with business leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruitment strategies, ensure timely hiring and onboarding.
• Support workforce planning, people strategies, and implementation of attraction, development, and retention programs.
• Manage employee inquiries, grievance, disciplinary and capability cases while maintaining accurate HR records.
• Prepare and analyse HR reports, track KPIs, and communicate policy updates to managers and staff.
• Participate in departmental meetings, provide HR guidance, and help organise internal events and engagement activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, employee relations, performance management and employment regulations.
