HR Business Partner Manager

About the role
The HR Business Partner Manager will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations across our industrial operations. This senior HR role combines hands‑on recruitment, policy development and organisational design to support our growth in the Saudi power infrastructure market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Design, implement and manage employee performance appraisal systems.
- Handle and resolve employee relations issues and labour disputes professionally and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage HR operations on government platforms such as Qiwa, including contracts, transfers and compliance.
- Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures.
- Lead organisational design initiatives, structuring departments, job roles and reporting lines.
- Manage, mentor and lead a large HR team, fostering high performance and development.
- Support talent development, succession planning and employee engagement programmes.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve productivity and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior management on all HR matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 8–15 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and performance‑management systems.
- Experience handling labour issues and working with government platforms such as Qiwa.
- Demonstrated ability in organisational design and workforce structuring.
- Strong leadership experience managing large HR teams.
- In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Qiwa government HR platform.
