HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human‑resource initiatives with the company’s objectives and supporting the growth of MEMF Electrical Industries’ manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning, talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Develop and manage performance management and employee appraisal processes.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling and conflict resolution in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
• Manage HR operations on government platforms (e.g., Qiwa), including contracts, transfers and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, including structures, job architecture and workforce planning.
• Coach and develop the HR team to ensure high performance.
• Support talent management, succession planning, learning & development and employee engagement.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide data‑driven insights to improve productivity and retention.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing HR teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Qiwa government platform.
