HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager will act as a strategic partner to business units, embedding the company’s HR strategy and delivering professional HR guidance and support. This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to add measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Support the business in maintaining headcount and manpower cost within the annual budget.
• Ensure delivery of engagement action plans and monitor performance documentation quality.
• Assist business heads with recruitment and Saudization plans to meet government requirements.
• Align HR and business strategy, covering HR operations, rewards, payroll, talent management and performance.
• Provide HRBP services to associates, addressing their needs and requests.
• Collaborate with functional and operational managers to execute HR policies and change initiatives.
• Promote a learning culture and continuous improvement across functions.
• Develop career path and succession planning opportunities for associates.

Required profile

• General supervision over operational activities and authority over daily functional operations.
• Ability to embed HR strategy and act as a trusted business partner.
• Experience supporting business heads on performance, recruitment and Saudization compliance.
