HR Business Partner (Saudi National)

About the role

The HR Business Partner will manage day‑to‑day HR operations in Saudi Arabia and act as the primary liaison between the KSA business and the Kuwait HR office. This position is responsible for employee relations, complaint handling, and supporting talent acquisition and organisational development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all HR matters between the KSA business and the Kuwait HR office.
• Communicate workforce updates—including separations, new hires, transfers, and structural changes—to the Kuwait HR team in a timely and accurate manner.
• Own and manage employee‑relations cases, disciplinary processes, grievance investigations, and conflict resolution in line with KSA Labour Law and Group HR policy.
• Document, track, and resolve employee complaints while maintaining audit‑ready records.
• Handle daily HR operational requests such as leave processing, ensuring compliance with entitlements, KSA Labour Law, and company policy.
• Provide guidance to line managers and the Country Manager on sensitive employee situations.
• Participate in regular HR alignment calls with the Kuwait HR team to ensure consistent coordination.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Proven experience managing employee relations and HR operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of KSA Labour Law and ability to apply it in HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between KSA and Kuwait HR teams.
• Ability to handle confidential and audit‑ready documentation.
