HR Business Partner – Strategic HR Role in Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic ally for our operations in Saudi Arabia. You will align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive workforce performance, and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate DP World people strategies into actionable HR plans.
• Oversee daily HR operations and collaborate with the HR Operations team to meet KPIs.
• Develop and implement people agenda, policies, and practices.
• Provide guidance to line managers on employee relations, grievances, and complex HR issues.
• Support talent acquisition, including staffing analysis, sourcing passive talent, and reporting on workforce planning.
• Monitor performance management cycles, drive organisational development initiatives, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, GOSI, and Saudisation (Nitaqat) quotas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour legislation and Saudisation requirements.
