HR Compliance & Global Mobility Operations Manager (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, is hiring a Remote HR Compliance & Global Mobility Operations Manager based in Saudi Arabia. The role supports day-to-day HR compliance and global mobility operations, working closely with global HR teams, and offers the chance to help build global HR compliance and global mobility programs in a rapidly expanding company.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR compliance and immigration matters globally, working closely with HR partners.
• Serve as project coordinator for programs and processes, managing key tasks and milestones.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and drive proactive audit and reporting practices.
• Carry out HR internal audits, including drafting results, communicating to stakeholders and closing out.
• Maintain a calendar of HR compliance obligations and manage project plans to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor completion, tracking and certification of required training programs.
• Create program materials such as knowledge base articles, support text and change management materials.
• Manage HR compliance and immigration vendors, including vendor scorecards and invoice processing.
• Monitor changes to MHRSD and MOI regulations and turn legislative updates into process adjustments.
• Manage a shared inbox, triaging and routing inquiries, tracking resolution and follow-up.
• Partner with payroll and finance teams on statutory compliance with local benefits, GOSI and WPS requirements.

Required profile

• BS, BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or employment law.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects.
• Experience developing and conducting data quality audits or improving HRIS data quality.
• Able to work within a largely virtual team across multiple time zones.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows and efficiency.
