HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Clarios is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join its Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia. The role involves independently managing and executing operational HR processes with a focus on quality, consistency, compliance and timely delivery, going beyond transactional HR administration to own key HR processes and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
• Take ownership of defined HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution
• Support onboarding, employee records management, contractual changes and offboarding
• Resolve non-standard HR cases in line with local labor laws, company policies and internal procedures
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline HR processes
• Act as a point of contact for employees, managers and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Acquisition and other HR functions
• Maintain HR systems and employee data, generate HR reports and support audits and compliance activities
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or a similar HR support role
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance is highly desirable
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications such as Workday, SAP, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Copilot
• Ability to handle complex HR inquiries independently
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong organization and communication skills
