HR Coop Trainee

About the role

Join BRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, as an HR Coop Trainee. You will work in a multicultural environment, supporting the Human Resources department while gaining hands‑on experience in a global organization that values ethics, transparency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist HR teams with daily administrative tasks and data management.
• Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads and coordinating interviews.
• Participate in onboarding activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects that improve internal processes and employee experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues from logistics, finance, trade marketing and other departments to understand cross‑functional needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams.
