HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support the Talent & Culture department at Shebara Resort, part of Red Sea Global Hospitality. The role will ensure smooth HR operations, from recruitment coordination to employee onboarding, while upholding our values of respect, responsibility, passion and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day administrative processes of the Talent & Culture department.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and prepare onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes to provide a seamless experience for new hires and departing staff.
• Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives, training programmes and internal events.
• Assist in updating HR policies, procedures and internal communications.
• Support payroll and benefits administration through accurate data entry and timely submission.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and general concerns.

• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with managers and team members.
