HR Coordinator – Recruitment & Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for a talent‑driven and organized HR Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end recruitment operations for both local and international hires. The role involves coordinating with global manpower agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for local and international talent.
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for qualified candidates across departments.
• Partner with recruitment agencies and overseas manpower suppliers.
• Prepare formal employment offers, onboarding documentation, and maintain employee files.
• Assist with visa processing, relocation logistics, and mobilization for international hires.
• Maintain comprehensive HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
• Support employee orientation programs and manage general HR administrative activities.
• Prepare periodic HR/recruitment reports and maintain internal personnel databases.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality (Saudization compliance).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in HR or Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong familiarity with local and international recruitment processes and Saudi Labor Law.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS or ERP systems.
