HR Coordinator – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Jacobs is seeking an HR Coordinator to support its operations in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary point of contact for new‑hire onboarding, employee off‑boarding, and day‑to‑day HR service requests, ensuring a smooth experience for staff across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities with the Regional Onboarding team and deliver first‑day inductions for all new hires in KSA.
• Manage off‑boarding processes, including final settlements, system deactivation, and clearance with local authorities.
• Respond to HR tickets such as medical insurance inquiries, salary certificates, and other employee requests that require Arabic support.
• Process audit requests from KSA government departments, providing contracts, identification documents, and other official paperwork.
• Register and update employee data in GOSI and Qiwa to maintain compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Oversee renewal and administration of limited‑period contracts, tracking expiry dates and liaising with stakeholders.
• Support medical insurance enrollments, updates, and coordination with providers and the global business services team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Saudi employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
