HR Data Analysis Specialist

About the role

United Pharmaceuticals Company (UPC) is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Data Analysis Specialist to drive the measurement and improvement of HR performance across its retail pharmacy network in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on building and maintaining HR dashboards, analysing workforce metrics, and ensuring timely follow‑up on HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, track, and maintain HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and interactive dashboards.
• Analyse turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, performance and engagement data.
• Prepare periodic HR performance reports and present insights to the reporting manager.
• Identify trends, recommend data‑backed improvements and support strategic decision‑making.
• Track progress of HR projects against timelines, coordinate with team members and maintain status reports.
• Highlight risks, delays and dependencies, proposing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate HR data across systems and ensure data integrity.
• Create dashboards and performance summaries using Excel and Power BI.
• Support automation and continuous improvement of HR reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR analytics, performance or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective time‑management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
