HR Data Analyst

About the role

Saudi Gold Refinery is looking for an HR Data Analyst to ensure workforce data integrity and provide strategic insights for its refining and corporate operations. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will transform raw personnel data into actionable intelligence that supports workforce planning and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee master data in the HRIS through weekly audits and correct discrepancies in job titles, cost centers, and reporting lines.
• Prepare and submit monthly Nitaqat, GOSI, and MHRSD reports to meet Saudi Ministry requirements.
• Design, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards visualising turnover, time‑to‑fill, overtime expenditures and other workforce metrics.
• Analyse shift coverage and absenteeism to identify operational risks and support plant and laboratory staffing plans.
• Administer HRIS user access and permissions, ensuring data security and role‑based visibility.
• Provide verified workforce data for internal audits and external regulatory inspections.
• Automate manual reporting tasks using SQL queries or Excel macros to reduce processing time.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to reconcile headcount costs and resolve HRIS‑payroll integration issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience managing HR data, conducting audits, and generating compliance reports.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
