HR Generalist – Dammam

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Dammam. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with Saudi labor law.
• Conduct employee orientation, training sessions, and continuous development programs.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration and assist with enrollment and claims.
• Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a harmonious workplace.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and Saudi labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously.
