HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will support HR Business Partners and functional managers in daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of employee‑related processes and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all types of employee leave, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with company policy.
• Prepare and issue employee letters (salary certificates, rent certificates, embassy letters, etc.) in line with policy.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary appeals, providing appropriate support.
• Conduct investigations and hearings for grade 1‑5 employees, applying labor law and company policy.
• Oversee resignation, termination, and clearance processes, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
• Coordinate new‑joiner onboarding, including medical insurance issuance and GOSI enrollment.
• Maintain accurate personnel files, both hard and soft copies, with confidentiality.
• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors improvements and HR service automation projects.
• Process payroll data for grades 1‑5, ensuring accurate entry and compliance.
• Support recruitment activities and develop talent sourcing networks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and managers.
• Experience in managing employee relations, payroll, and onboarding processes.
