HR & Government Relations Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Indra Group is seeking an HR & Government Relations Specialist to support its operations in Riyadh. The role combines HR administration with the management of government relations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations and smooth interaction with local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee onboarding, system registration (Qiwa, IQAMA, ERV) and maintain compliance deadlines.
• Monitor and renew government platform updates, ensuring timely submissions.
• Control Saudization reporting and manage related documentation.
• Coordinate with Saudi authorities such as MISA, Municipality and Chamber of Commerce.
• Provide secretarial support to the Regional Business Director.
• Administer payroll, payslips, leave records, health insurance and visa processes.
• Oversee office utilities, supplies, maintenance and vendor management.
• Assist with travel arrangements, employee expenses and onboarding logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or government relations within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law, Saudization policies and related government portals.
• Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English.
