HR Manager – Transportation & Logistics

About the role

Join a leading logistics and transportation company in Saudi Arabia as the HR Manager. You will drive the transformation of the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with business goals and full compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR function across the organization and develop a comprehensive HR development plan.
• Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in line with Saudi Labor Law.
• Ensure compliance with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
• Review and update organizational structures, job descriptions, reporting lines, and delegated authorities.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Design compensation, benefits, grading structures, and manage salary administration.
• Develop performance management systems, KPIs, and employee evaluation processes.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance procedures.
• Identify training needs and implement annual learning initiatives.
• Coach and develop the HR team to improve operational effectiveness.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, SPHRi or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
