HR Operations Coordinator (Saudi National)

About the role

Ektis is seeking a Saudi‑national HR Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of its HR department as the firm expands across the region. Based in Riyadh and fluent in Arabic, the coordinator will work closely with the HR lead, supporting the full employee lifecycle and maintaining compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding, including offer letters, system setup, induction scheduling and first‑day preparation.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and physical files.
• Process off‑boarding activities such as exit documentation, clearance coordination and system deactivation.
• Generate, renew and amend employment contracts in line with firm standards and KSA labour law.
• Support visa, Iqama and work‑permit processing and renewals in collaboration with PRO teams.
• Assist the HR lead with day‑to‑day HR operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Saudi national with fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Highly organised, dependable and detail‑oriented.
• People‑focused attitude with a commitment to providing reliable support to employees.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and Operations teams.
