About the role
The HR Operations Trainee will join the Semi Government team under the Tamheer program, gaining hands‑on experience in core HR functions while supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documents.
- Handle employee requests such as salary certificates, letters, and HR forms.
- Support medical insurance enrollment, deletions, and employee data updates.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and trackers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Saudi citizenship and registration on the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) website.
- No more than one year of practical experience registered in GOSI.
- Not currently employed in the public or private sector.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of the English language.
