About the role

The HR Specialist will support Afaqy’s human‑resources operations in Dammam, handling recruitment, personnel administration, attendance, leave management, and employee services. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and update employee files and records.
Prepare contracts, letters, and related HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, vacations, and employee movements.
Support training and development activities.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
Coordinate with other departments on employee‑related matters.

Required profile

Saudi nationality.
2‑4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or personnel administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and pay attention to detail.

Required skills

Strong written and verbal communication.
Organizational and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Saudi labor legislation.
