HR Specialist – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The HR Specialist will provide end‑to‑end HR operational support while managing all government‑relations activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role ensures compliance with Saudi labour regulations, supports the employee lifecycle, and acts as the primary liaison with government authorities and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage activities on government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Process employment contracts, work permits, Iqama issuance/renewals, visa applications, sponsorship transfers, and exit/re‑entry procedures.
• Monitor Saudisation requirements and support workforce nationalisation initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, prepare employment letters, salary certificates, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate employee data and timely payroll inputs.
• Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and changes, manage attendance and leave records.
• Assist with employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Prepare HR metrics, workforce reports, and compliance reports for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Familiarity with Saudi labour legislation and immigration regulations.
• Experience handling government relations and compliance matters.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory processes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
