HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to support talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and various HR projects. The role contributes to organizational growth and enhances the employee experience across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Manage recruitment for technical and business positions across multiple functions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing channels and recruitment platforms.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, communications, and culture‑building programs.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, recruitment metrics, and workforce data using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Support HR projects, process‑improvement initiatives, and organizational development activities.
• Conduct field visits and provide HR support across locations when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience with exposure to talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and recruitment of technical and business roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
