HR Talent Operations Partner

About the role

The EMEA HR Talent Operations Partner will support employees and managers across Saudi Arabia and the wider EMEA region. You will act as the primary HR point‑of‑contact, ensuring smooth onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, immigration and benefits processes while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR liaison for employees and managers, handling queries and providing comprehensive support.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring, both through a PEO vendor and direct employment within the Saudi entity, ensuring legal compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll operations, benefits enrollment and related documentation.
• Enter and audit employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) with high accuracy.
• Coordinate immigration and mobility processes, meeting strict visa deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors and candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements and contribute to EMEA HR projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with external service providers and ensure adherence to service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering HR support in an international or multi‑country environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation abilities.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Oracle (advantageous).
• Experience with government portals such as QIWA.
