About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on HRIS Lead to own our HR system, guiding it from pre‑implementation through go‑live and overseeing ongoing administration. The role works closely with HR, payroll and IT teams to ensure the system meets business needs and delivers actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full HRIS implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, data migration, testing and go‑live.
- Manage post‑go‑live administration such as user access, troubleshooting, updates and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll and IT to align the system with organisational requirements.
- Train end‑users and produce HR reports and dashboards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, MIS, IT or a related field.
- At least 5 years of direct HRIS experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Menaitech or a similar ERP throughout implementation and administration.
