HRIS Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to manage, develop and optimise our Human Resources Information System across all branches, central kitchens and the head office. The role will ensure data accuracy, automate HR processes, generate analytical reports and integrate the system with shift scheduling, payroll and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain core HRIS master data, including employee profiles, contracts, organisational structures and benefits.
• Customize system settings to align with organisational needs.
• Coordinate with HRIS vendors to resolve technical issues and implement updates.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires and ensure accurate branch and department assignments.
• Track employee transfers, promotions and resignations in real time.
• Generate periodic reports on turnover, attendance/absence metrics and labour cost ratios.
• Provide predictive workforce‑planning insights for peak restaurant seasons.
• Reconcile attendance logs from biometric devices or mobile apps with scheduled shift rosters.
• Process leave, short‑leave and overtime data for error‑free payroll hand‑over.
• Deliver daily technical support for HR Employee Self‑Service features to branch and head‑office staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of specialised HRIS experience, preferably in F&B, restaurant or retail.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with leading HRIS platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Knowledge of biometric device integration with HR systems.
