HSE Officer

About the role

Aggreko is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join its Riyadh depot and support work at customer and project sites. You will develop, maintain, and implement the company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System, ensuring safe work practices across all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve HSE performance in line with local legislation, regulations and Aggreko policies.
• Coordinate with project, location and service managers to ensure compliance with the HSE Management System.
• Conduct in‑depth investigations of HSE incidents and develop corrective action plans.
• Liaise with suppliers, service providers and the QHSE Officer (KSA) on HSE requirements.
• Deliver internal HSE inductions for staff and subcontractors.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements for project scopes.
• Support pre‑qualification questionnaires and audit activities.
• Visit customer sites as required and manage vehicle tracker and dash‑cam data.

Required profile

• NEBOSH IGC and IOSH safety management qualifications.
• Minimum three years of HSE experience in electro‑mechanical industrial environments.
• Experience ensuring safety on depots and at customer premises, including short‑cycle delivery projects.
• Valid local driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
