HSE Supervisor (Oil & Gas Construction)

About the role

The HSE Supervisor will support the HSE Manager in implementing NOV's health, safety and environment policies at a Saudi Arabian facility. The role ensures compliance with ARM and client safety programs while promoting a safe, environmentally‑friendly workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with ARM and client safety programs.
• Assist the HSE Manager in planning and executing HSE initiatives.
• Advise line managers on corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct risk assessments, review JSA/HIRA, and perform regular safety inspections.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, and property damage, and issue required reports.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and update HSE statistics monthly.
• Monitor proper use and maintenance of PPE and ensure equipment certifications are valid.
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks for new personnel.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of HSE experience in oil & gas or construction.
• NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and ensure personal and team safety.
• Strong knowledge of ARM and client HSE policies.
