HSE Trainer

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is looking for an experienced HSE Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact Health, Safety & Environment training programs for corporate clients. You will create customized course material, lead engaging classroom and online sessions, and help expand the company’s HSE training portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual HSE training programs for a range of audiences.
• Design and tailor course content to meet specific client requirements.
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend appropriate programs.
• Facilitate workshops on occupational health & safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, fire safety, and environmental management.
• Ensure all training aligns with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and client meetings.
• Stay current with the latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering HSE training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, Highfield).
• Proven ability to engage audiences from blue‑collar staff to senior management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
