Projects Training and Change Management Expert

About the role

The Projects Training and Change Management Expert will design, deliver, and oversee training programs for water and wastewater project teams. This role ensures that project management skills are enhanced and that organizational changes are smoothly adopted.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training strategies, curricula, e‑learning courses, workshops, and job aids tailored to project teams.
• Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and presentations on project management methodologies and tools.
• Lead change management initiatives, creating communication plans and stakeholder engagement tactics to support new processes and systems.
• Provide ongoing performance support through coaching, mentoring, and a central repository of resources, FAQs, and user guides.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, and continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with project managers, subject‑matter experts, and external training providers to align training with project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with an advanced project management certification.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years as a project management trainer.
• Extensive experience and professional certification in change management.
• Proven ability to develop, coordinate, and administer comprehensive training programs.
• Experience assessing individual knowledge and training needs.
• Preferably fluent in Arabic.
