Human Capital Officer

About the role

The Human Capital Officer will lead the implementation, configuration and customization of the HRMS platform for Apparel Group, ensuring the system meets business needs and operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and rollout of HRMS software across the organization.
• Review and validate HRMS data to guarantee 100 % accuracy.
• Follow defined project processes, including system administration tasks.
• Conduct periodic audits to maintain data integrity of employee and organizational information.
• Collaborate with payroll, accounting, project and other HRMS users to align system usage.
• Manually update employee records and documents in the HRMS, avoiding bulk Excel uploads.
• Provide login details and access instructions to all employees.
• Ensure internal workflow mappings are kept up‑to‑date for every staff member.
• Prepare reports generated from the HRMS as required.
• Respond to employee queries related to the HRMS.

Required profile

• Proven experience with HRMS implementation, configuration or customization.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and ability to perform regular audits.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams such as payroll and accounting.
