Human Capital Operations Specialist

About the role

Diaverum Saudi Arabia is seeking a Human Capital Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of its HR function. The role ensures that employee‑related processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and local regulations, helping clinics focus on delivering high‑quality renal care.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, contract administration, transfers, changes, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality in HR systems.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, documentation, and employee service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams on payroll inputs, benefits, government platforms, and other employee‑related requirements.
• Support policy implementation and ensure consistent adherence to processes.
• Guide employees and managers through HR procedures with clarity and professionalism.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance the employee experience.

• Strong attention to detail and a structured, service‑oriented mindset.
• Genuine interest in improving how people experience HR services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR colleagues, clinic teams, leaders, and support functions.
