Human Resource Information System Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the HR technology landscape for a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. The role will drive system optimization, support digital transformation, and ensure the stability and performance of the HRIS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the HRIS platform.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
• Oversee HRIS implementations, system upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with HR and IT teams to manage system integrations and process enhancements.
• Support HR operations through configuration, reporting, and data management.
• Drive user adoption via training, documentation, and end‑user support.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.

Required profile

• Approximately 10+ years of HR experience, including 2–3+ years in a dedicated HRIS role.
• Proven track record managing HRIS implementations, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Experience managing HR processes, HR data, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA is highly desirable.
