About the role

We are partnering with a leading organization in Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager. This confidential, hands‑on role will support operational excellence and work closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives across a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with Operations Managers to provide strategic and operational HR support.
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective delivery of HR services.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, maintaining compliance with company policies and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and workforce issues.
• Support end‑to‑end talent acquisition activities and workforce planning.
• Drive HR process improvements and ensure effective utilization of HRIS systems.
• Manage departmental budgets and assist with resource planning initiatives.
• Influence key stakeholders and provide HR guidance to support business objectives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of HR strategies, policies, and people initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Supervisor.
• At least 3 years of experience leading an HR team.
• Strong operational HR background with broad generalist experience.
• Proven experience across HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS.
• Experience managing HR budgets and supporting business decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to transition into a broader HR Business Partner role with greater strategic exposure.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, drilling, oil & gas or similar sectors is highly desirable.
