Human Resource Manager – Multicultural Workforce

About the role

SIHAMCO is looking for a seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations for its fast‑growing, multicultural projects in Saudi Arabia. The role will cover the full employee lifecycle across hospitality, events, entertainment and corporate divisions, adapting to seasonal peaks and large‑scale activations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute workforce strategies for high‑volume hospitality and event projects, managing seasonal staffing fluctuations.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation of local and international staff across multiple sites.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive environment for a workforce representing many nationalities and cultures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution with cultural awareness.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, visa regulations and internal HR policies; manage employee records, contracts and leave tracking.
• Support managers with performance management, coaching and development programmes.
• Identify training needs for operational and guest‑facing teams and promote service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, rapidly changing headcounts in a multicultural setting.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and international recruitment processes.
• Highly organised, adaptable and capable of balancing strategic HR leadership with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
