Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Retail Operations

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as the strategic HR advisor for the retail operations in Saudi Arabia, aligning people initiatives with business goals. The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance with Saudi Labour Law and Saudization, payroll coordination and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, policy guidance and employee relations.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and monitor Saudization targets.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations and separations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime and final settlements.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles, succession planning and handle grievances, disciplinary actions and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and manage interactions with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad and other government portals.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment and Saudization.
• Support visa, Iqama and employment documentation processes and manage administrative tasks such as employee accommodation and travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudization and relevant government portals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HRMS platforms.
