About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner will act as the strategic HR liaison for assigned divisions, ensuring compliance, driving performance management, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor implementation of HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate staff records for assigned divisions.
- Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and normalization processes.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and communicate policy changes.
- Collaborate with the Reward Department on compensation and benefits benchmarking.
- Coordinate with various HR functions to deliver effective services.
- Represent divisions in HR discussions to inform overall HR strategy.
- Support succession planning and high‑potential development.
- Identify HR implications of business strategies and prioritize recruitment, retention, and development needs.
- Provide advice to line managers on performance, disciplinary matters, and HR reporting.
- Work with Learning & Development to identify training needs and create learning plans.
- Partner with Recruitment to determine headcount, job specifications, and participate in candidate screening and interviewing.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Approximately 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner or similar role.
